St. Croix native Alexandrya Evans was crowned Miss Universe US Virgin Islands 2011 at the Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort in St. Thomas. She will represent the United States Virgin Islands in Miss Universe 2011 in Sao Paulo, Brazil next September. Abiola Hodge and Esonica Veira finished second and third, respectively.
