Victoria Phạm Thuý Vy (21, 1.71m) was selected by Elite Vietnam to represent Vietnam in Miss World 2011 in London, England on November 6.
She is the second runner-up of Miss Vietnam World 2010. Her participation was approved by the Performance Arts Department of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Thuý Vy is a student of Business Administration at the University of California-Berkeley.
